Change (PFC) & Prime Professional
We are changing the game in 2025! Instead of writing 10-20 grants for a funding opportunity, Prime will apply collaboratively with a group of select community contractors, collaborators, and partners. Our new concept, Prime For Change is a nonprofit organization that operates as a hub-and-spoke model, supporting smaller nonprofits by providing resources, funding opportunities, and collaborative partnerships to amplify their impact and help them thrive. We DO THE REAL WORK. We teach, we instruct, we empower, we give back!
