The Pivot or Perish Masterclass brought together entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and community changemakers for a powerful conversation about surviving and thriving in today’s evolving economy. Participants explored how strategic teaming, Joint Ventures (JVs), and the SBA 8(a) program can open doors to new government contracting opportunities. The session also challenged organizations to rethink traditional funding models by pivoting toward diversified revenue streams, including corporate sponsorships, private philanthropy, fee for service programs, and local government contracts. More than just a training, the masterclass sparked new ideas, partnerships, and strategies for turning uncertainty into growth, positioning attendees to compete, collaborate, and capture new opportunities.
